The Anthropology & Demography Unit of the Athens Institute will hold its 14th Annual International Conference on Demography and Population Studies, 15-19 June 2026, Athens, Greece sponsored by the Athens Journal of Social Sciences.
The aim of the conference is to bring together academics and researchers from all areas of Demography and Population and other related disciplines. You may participate as stream leader, presenter of one paper, chair of a session or observer.
Consistent with the theme of the Athens Institute’s small academic events, all programs may include a few sessions on current topics in education and research.
Please submit an abstract (email only) to: atiner@atiner.gr, using the abstract submission form by 11 November 2025 to: Dr. Barbara Zagaglia, Head, Anthropology & Demography Unit, Athens Institute & Associate Professor, Polytechnic University of Marche, Italy. Please include: Title of Paper, Full Name (s), Current Position, Institutional Affiliation, an email address and at least 3 keywords that best describe the subject of your submission. Decisions will be reached within four weeks of your submission.
