A Special Session on “Traffic Congestion”
as part of the 9th Annual International Conference on Transportation
The Transportation Engineering Unit of the ATINER is organizing a Special Session on “Traffic Congestion” as part of the 9th Annual International Conference on Transportation, 29-31 May & 1 June 2023, Athens, Greece sponsored by the Athens Journal of Τechnology & Engineering.
The aim of the session is to (a) explore economic, health, and social impacts of traffic congestion and (b) discuss traffic management, technology, planning, and policy interventions to address them. You may participate as presenter of one paper or observer.
Please submit an abstract (email only) to: atiner@atiner.gr, using the abstract submission form to: Dr. Virginia Sisiopiku, Head, Transportation Engineering Unit, ATINER, & Professor, The University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA. Abstracts should include the following: Title of Paper, Full Name (s), Affiliation, Current Position, an email address, and at least 3 keywords that best describe the subject of your submission. Decisions are reached within 4 weeks.
If you want to participate without presenting a paper, i.e. organize a stream, chair a session, review papers to be included in the conference proceedings or books, contribute to the editing of a book, or any other contribution, please send an email to Dr. Gregory T.
