Visiting Research Associates
ATINER appoints Visiting Research Associates who have a Ph.D. degree and long established experience in teaching and research. They are required to carry out their own independent research and play a leading role in organizing the academic part of one of ATINER’s annual conferences, and reviewing papers and editing the books of proceedings. These are usually short-term appointments of no more than one year. This is suitable for Professors who do research as part of their sabbatical year. There is no formal application form. Please send a letter of interest addressed to the President’s Office including (a) a summary of the research project during the stay in Athens (b) reasons why Athens and ATINER is important for the research stay (c) basic requirerement i.e. office space, equipments etc and (d) funding information.
