The internal dimension of the Corporate Social Responsibility involves the issues of the quality of life in the workplace. To be considered Socially Responsible, organizations must develop appropriate conditions for workers to feel accomplished in that environment through participative management, where innovation, creativity and individual talents may flourish. Therefore, the necessity of respecting local cultures and keeping an ethical and responsible relationship with minorities and with institutions that voice their interests is a growing expectation.
