ATINER will accept remote (online) presentations of 15 (fifteen) minutes in cases that onsite presentations are not possible by the speaker. Please note that many attendees including those who present a paper may choose the online option. However, ATINER will provide full fledged services (lunches, dinners, excursions) even if one participant presents onsite.
ATINER will hold its 9th Annual International Symposium on Foresight, 24-27 July 2023, Athens, Greece as part of the 10th Annual International Conference on Social Sciences organized by the Social Sciences Division and the Computer Science Unit of ATINER.
The aim of the symposium is to bring together scholars, researchers and students from all areas of Futures Studies and other related disciplines including quantitative and/or qualitative methods such as scenario‑building, horizon scanning, forecasting, roadmapping, back‑casting, technology assessment, Delphi surveys and social platforms.
You may participate as stream organizer, presenter of one paper, chair a session or observer. Irrespectively of the theme of ATINER’s small academic events, all programs may include few sessions on general issues of education and research.
Please submit a 300-word abstract, by e-mail to: email@example.com, using the abstract submission form by 13 June 2023 to: Dr. Gregory T. Papanikos, Pleasident, ATINER. Abstracts should include the following: Title of Paper, Full Name (s), Affiliation, Current Position, an e-mail address and at least 3 keywords that best describe the subject of your submission. Decisions are reached within 4 weeks. If your submission is accepted, you will receive information on registration deadlines and paper submission requirements.
If you want to participate without presenting a paper, i.e. organize a stream, chair a session, review papers to be included in the conference proceedings or books, contribute to the editing of a book, or any other contribution, please send an email to Dr. Gregory T.
