ATINER will hold its 11th Annual International Symposium on Foresight, 28-31 July 2025, Athens, Greece as part of the 12th Annual International Conference on Social Sciences organized by the Social Sciences Division and the Computer Science Unit of ATINER.
The aim of the symposium is to bring together scholars, researchers and students from all areas of Futures Studies and other related disciplines including quantitative and/or qualitative methods such as scenario‑building, horizon scanning, forecasting, roadmapping, back‑casting, technology assessment, Delphi surveys and social platforms.
You may participate as stream organizer, presenter of one paper, chair a session or observer. Irrespectively of the theme of ATINER’s small academic events, all programs may include few sessions on general issues of education and research.
Please submit a 300-word abstract, by e-mail to: atiner@atiner.gr, using the abstract submission form by 24 December 2024 to: Dr. Gregory T. Papanikos, Pleasident, ATINER. Abstracts should include the following: Title of Paper, Full Name (s), Affiliation, Current Position, an e-mail address and at least 3 keywords that best describe the subject of your submission. Decisions are reached within 4 weeks. If your submission is accepted, you will receive information on registration deadlines and paper submission requirements.
If you want to participate without presenting a paper, i.e. organize a special session, chair a session, review papers to be included in the conference proceedings or books, or any other contribution, please send an email to Dr. Gregory T. Papanikos, President, ATINER (president@atiner.gr).
