The objective of this interdisciplinary stream is to introduce the fundamentals of value-added products from an environmentally friendly perspective. Different procedures and techniques for manufacturing value-added products, including solid materials and composites, as well as their physical and mechanical properties will be discussed in the session. Using non-toxic materials in the manufacture of value-added products will also be covered. Research projects related but not limited to organic and plastic waste, green processes, toxicity of non-green materials, composites, thermal treatment, and wood based products within the context of sustainable environment will be discussed. | Abstract Submitting Form |
