My Ph.D. thesis was behind the establishment of the new Jordanian Drug Administration in 2003. 2.Awarded a WHO Scholarship for her M.Sc. degree in Drug Quality Control and Pharmaceutical Analysis from Chelsea College (King’s) London University/ UK 1982-1983. 3-Post Graduate Research in Biochemical Pharmacology 1973-1977 in Pharmacy Cairo Univeresity / Cairo Egypt 4. The prerequisit courses for Research in Biochemical Pharmacology 1972 5. The B. Pharmaceutical Sciences degree from Cairo University Faculty of Pharmacy/ Egypt : 1967- 1971. Independent Expert 2007 up-to-date: in Policies, Strategies, Regulations, Legislations, Management, Administration, Quality Control and Quality Assurance In Pharmacy. Worked in Ministry of Health (MOH): from 14th of September 1978 -Until 1st of November 2006: Occupied these Positions : 1.Director of Pharmacy Specialization from 2003- to- November 2006 and the HRD Initiative Inc National Expert Counterpart in 2004-2005. 2.Advisor to the Minister of Health for Drug Affairs from 1989- 2003-The First founder and Establisher of the Jordanian Institute of Pharmaceutical affairs as a result of her Ph.D. Theses (the Benchmark): (which covered all her Research studies from 1989-1998), and had been implemented under the name of JFDA on 2003. 3.Advisor to the Minister of Health for Drug Affairs and Director of Drug Quality Control and Research Department from 1989-1998 4.National Counterpart with the WHO for Developing Projects in Pharmacy 1989-1993 5.Director of Drug Quality Control and Research Department from 1986-1989 6.Director of Drug Quality Control Laboratory / MOH - for two years 1984 and 1985. 7.The First Establisher of the First Drug Quality Control Laboratory (with the WHO Expert Dr. Chanda) in the Ministry of Health from 1978-1980. Participated Effectively up to date in (150) National Regional and International Workshops, Training Courses, Conferences & Congresses, by presenting lectures in selected topics: (ICH, DIA, FIP, UMC, Alzytounah & PSU Universities) the most recent Conferences: AmsterdamFIP 2012, Arab Pharmacists Union Morocco 2013, DublinFIP 2013, UMC-Sweden Uppsala 2014. ATINER 2016. Represented the Drug Regulatory Affairs in several Regional and International official Governmental meetings examples: Brazil-Rio Earth Summit 1992, China Traditional Medicines 1993 and the most outstanding was the effective participation in 1992 Representing the Jordanian Regulatory Drug Affairs in the meetings and Discussions of World Health Assembly WHA 45th in Geneva Switzerland: presented several Proposals , Resolutions which were adopted and had tremendous impact on Jordan , the Arab World and Internationally. Had raised The Anti-Corruption Drug Case which was considered unique in the history of the Ministry of Health (MOH) 1987-1986. Consequently had presented new Drug Quality Control Rules and Regulations which were immediately adopted. Was Selected as an Expert Witness in the Supreme Court of Justice to give the Scientific and Technical Expertise in three Drug Quality cases: 1983-2002-2004 and 2007/2008 Played Major Roles in continuous Reform and Development of the Pharmacy Sector during 1978 to 2006 in Managerial Administrative, Regulatory and Legislative aspects including Strategies and Policies, by presenting several extensive Analytical Investigational Studies and scientific proposals. *The Link for Details www.whoisshe-women.jo/expert-profile But needs updating…
