Dr. Nicholas N. Patricios and Dr. Gregory T. Papanikos Meet to Discuss Architecture Division and Journal Development
On Friday 16 October 2026, Dr. Nicholas N. Patricios, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis and Director of the Architecture Division, Athens Institute; Dean Emeritus and Professor, School of Architecture, University of Miami, USA (right) and Gregory T. Papanikos, President of the Athens Institute and Professor (Adjunct) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA (left), held a meeting to discuss in detail the preparation and further development of the annual international conferences of the Architecture Division, as well as the development of the Athens Journal of Architecture.
The discussion focused on strengthening the academic quality and international reach of the conference series, enhancing thematic coherence, and promoting interdisciplinary dialogue in the fields of architecture, urban planning, regional studies, and the built environment.
