Preamble
The founding members of the Society of Friends of the Athens Institute and Academic Philhellenism (SFAIAP) hold a unique and distinguished place in the history of the Society. Their early commitment to the mission of the Athens Institute and to the promotion of Academic Philhellenism is recognized through a comprehensive set of privileges, rights, and benefits that reflect the importance of their foundational role.
The benefits described in this document are permanent and remain in effect for the lifetime of the
founding member’s active membership in SFAIAP.

Founding members enjoy complimentary participation in all events organized by the Athens Institute, including:

- Permanent “Founding Member” designation on membership card and official certificate

Founding membership is a unique, time-limited opportunity. These rights and privileges are granted in perpetuity to all founding members and cannot be transferred.
