An informal academic discussion on the future of education and research was held today in downtown Athens.
Participants included Gregory T. Papanikos, President of the Athens Institute (right); Peter Walther Baur, Deputy Head of the Arts & Culture Unit of the Athens Institute and Associate Professor at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa (center); and David Philip Wick, Director of the Arts, Humanities and Education Division of the Athens Institute and Retired Professor of History at Gordon College, USA (left).
The discussion focused on the future development of the Arts, Humanities and Education Division of the Athens Institute, as well as the events it is organizing and the academic journals it publishes.
