Dr. Jin Wang’s Biographic Information
Dr. Jin Wang earned his Ph.D. degree in Kinesiology from University of Minnesota and currently is a Professor at Kennesaw State University in the United States. His areas of expertise include sport psychology, biomechanics, and motor learning. Dr. Wang has made numerous invited presentations internationally and nationally and has published extensively in the international and national refereed journals. He has been actively involved in professional scholarship and services and has organized the International Sport Psychology Symposiums four times in Korea, Egypt, Taiwan, Jamaica and Hong Kong during last eight years. Currently, Dr. Wang is a Certified Sport Psychologist by the Association for the Advancement of Applied Sport Psychology; Director of the Sport Psychology Commission of the International Council for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sport and Dance (ICHPER.SD); Research Consortium Fellow of American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance; Sport Psychology Consultant of Chinese National Olympic Teams; Invited Speaker for the Olympic Solidarity Program sponsored by the International Olympic Committee; Member of the Executive Committee of the Coaches Council of the National Association for Sport & Physical Education (NASPE); and Reviewer for five international and national refereed journals. During last ten years, Dr. Wang has received numerous scholarship and service awards from different organizations.
